We stayed at this hotel for four nights. The staff was great. They assigned me the room I requested which was perfect, with a balcony on the 4th floor overlooking the street from which we could see the Galata Tower on one side and the water on the other. The room was clean and well stocked. We were steps away from good local restaurants as well and a block away from the Tram.

This is a very comfortable, accommodating hotel in a very convenient location for exploring the various corners of Istanbul. Do yourself a favor and buy the Istanbul family pass for public transportation, as the Karakoy tram stop is just minutes away and so easy to use. The front desk was very helpful with all of our requests, assigned us to our desired room and kept it well-stocked. Amenities include a romantic balcony, a mini-fridge, a convenient safe and excellent cable TV and WIFI. They also assisted with sending off some laundry and watching our luggage after checkout. Highly recommended and very comfortable hotel. Don't miss the nearby pasta place, the pilaf cafe and the boutique cotton/linen shop just up the hill.

Best located and suitable price for Istanbul. You can reach everywhere very easily and the rooms are quite good for a city trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended for those who search a lower price range hotel to stay in Istanbul.

Very good hotel, the staff was very kind and welcoming, told us everything we need, gave us free beverages and snacks upon arrival, helped with luggage and with other commodities. Very pleased, this is a must stay.

We loved the location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was rather small, but cozy. The street was a bit loud, but when you close the balcony door and turn the air conditioning on, it's ok - but in room 202, for example, you can hear all the noises your neighbors make :( The other problem was Wi-Fi: the connection was very poor, which was rather inconvenient, as I had to work. Apart from that I'd say it's a good variant to spend several days.

Great location to shopping, great location to eateries, excellent service. Rooms were immaculate and ready, the staff were accommodating and always ready to help with suggestions and ideas. Would highly recommend and would stay there again!

This review is for the Spa - came here twice and had fantastic massages both times. The staff are lovely, and are actually trained massage therapists. Everything is professional and well organised. I also had a hammam and it was fantastic! Recommend this place.
